Hmong Goddess is a meta futuristic collection inspired by Hmong women and the strength they give to the Hmong culture and community. Each gown was designed featuring a distinct Hmong textile paired with a key characteristic that Hmong women have passed down to our culture and people generation after generation.
The Goddess of Love features the neon floral pink that is worn around the waist of a traditional garment, usually paired with the neon green floral print also as seen on the Goddess of Life. The Goddess of Dreams adorns the futuristic essence of the royal blue satin that is typically worn on the cuffs and peek-a-boo lapels of traditional Hmong shirts. The Warrior Goddess brings out the plaid textile and pompoms seen on the traditional Hmong stripe garments. Finally the Goddess of Wisdom vividly showcases the flowy purple hand-died chiffon typically used as a meticulously wrapped head piece turban of traditional Hmong Green womens attire.
